Good but so grindy

I have successfully completed the game. I will give one more star when the developers create more features for the game. For example, traits or clothing for the managers. Or events that we need to do "mini game(s)" to solve then and earn prices, but if not successful, then we get a temporary penalty. Finally, the game is fun. I recommend it since the devs are not using forced ads. So even I am watching ads to earn a bit of cristals when offered, so. 4/5 ⭐ until more features added.

Didn't feel it was possible to progress very far without spending money.
Decent game.... don't waste money on ad free. $6.99 and you only get 7 levels. I completed game in a few days. I decided that I would restart from beginning thinking the ad free purchase would still be there.... NOPE! Make another island. Do something other than being a huge shameless money/ad grab!
