This game always has been problems in Maintains and always frozen when you update your players it so not reliable I wose so in love with game but not interested to play I will wait for bit if nothing will change on this game I am dilating this crappie game

Extremely frustrated. I am looking to get into contact with someone from this company to get my account back. I used it last summer. I have proof that I spent money on it. Please tell me how I can contact support?
1-Network issue is still occuring although the network is very good, you have to close the game 2-3 and enter again in order to access to the game. 2-When you open the Oracle page it opens and then it doesn't respond at all !! you can't choose a hero or do anything!! you can't go back !! You can only close the game and then login again !!
