Loading take forever

Amazing style, but to grindy for me, sadly.
I've been trying to open the app for days but it is stuck continuously updating.
Loved the game years ago. Was looking forward to playing again, but I'm stuck in loading screen hell where no matter how many times it downloads, it starts all over again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, etc. Nothing. Very disappointing :(
Fun characters. Good art. Decent story and gameplay. It's been years since the main story got updated. Recently I haven't been able to finish updating the game. It reaches 100% and starts over. I've reached out on Facebook about the problem only to be met with silence. Their Facebook used to respond quickly to any and all problems.
Amazing fun beautiful gorgeous played this game for 10000 time wow Jokes aside I've been playing this game for YEARS. I have always enjoyed it passively and intensively.
