Loved this game but unfortunately it keeps freezing. This is the second time it has done this. It stays on the loading screen and says "Loading 100%" but never actually loads up the game. Last time it did this for days before I had to uninstall and reinstall the game. In the process, I lost all game progress and had to start back at the beginning. Now it is doing the same thing again but I will not be starting over again. I'll be deleting the app instead. Sad as I had enjoyed the game.

I was high levels and now everything gone sent back to level 1. I save progress and you can't get back. Was loving but very disappointe. Edit. Took some time and way to much effort but back in. Still a little disappointed they took so long to respond or post they are aware of an issue. Changed my rating

The game itself is fun enough when I can actually play it, but for the past few days, every time I try to open the game, it just stays on the loading screen and won't open the actual game. It says "100% loaded", and I've waited for ten minutes to see if it would eventually start the game, but it won't, it just stays on the screen with the loading bar. I don't want to uninstall and lose all my progress, but it's unfortunate that I can't play the game at all now.
I like the game but what happened? I am on level 12, and I can't continue to play because it is not opening.
I can't get past the loading screen. It gets to 100% but doesn't progress from there. Good game otherwise.
