Globesweeper is a twist on the classic minesweeper game. Use the numbers to work out all the tiles that are safe to reveal but be careful one mistake revealing a mine will cause the whole globe to detonate and you will have to start again!
With hexagon, triangle and classic square game modes, 5 different globe sizes and 4 difficulty settings you can be playing on anything from tiny hexagonal globes made of 92 tiles to colossal triangle globes with 20,480 tiles.
Play in traditional or guaranteed solvable mode where you never have to guess.

Can you beat a colossal globe?
Quite fun. Anywhere from challenging to zen, depending entirely on your mood. Graphics look great and it's really fluid. There's a weird audio bug on newer versions of Android, which is a little irritating, but the reason why I took off 2 stard is no cloud sync or anything for scores/achievements- or crucially, purchases. I changed phones, so I lost the consumables I paid for, and have to go unlock everything again.
1 big downside... when I load the game back up after closing, bombs automatically explode on the start menu. This means I have to complete a game in 1 sitting rather than take it over time. I'd understand if this was the case from the start but, I used to be able to do that. Plus its in spare time when most will play. Since playing again, this kinda breaks the game when on colossal (not sure about other sizes) since I rarely have time for 1 full sitting.
Takes regular minesweeper BEYOND!! Makes it hundred times fun and challenging. Its very unique with all kinds of shape. The 3D aspect also makes it more interactive, rotating and such.
The guaranteed solvable option is false. I tried multiple times on hexagon, colossal, standard, guaranteed solvable. Left guessing next moves more than once in the same session. Not very fun after that.

Truly a brilliant game all around, from concept to execution it's all really fantastic. Only problem I have is that I can only play in hex mode because the others make me feel disoriented when I get to the edge of the shape. It would be really great to be able to pan the camera view so I can zoom in on the corner of a cube grid and see it straight on. Other than that it's pretty much perfect.
