Why are people being told to use a guest account when all that does is start you back to the beginning and why hasn't the issue with Facebook been resolved when it looks like this has been going on for over a year now . Why not just tell everyone that they'll never be able to log into their Facebook accounts anymore because I noticed with other games, that it never gets fixed.

After playing for numerous years, support team.. or someone cleared my account.. took all my coins and chips/credits. I assume someone complained that i win too much.. but could be they just noticed my account, tho i doubt it. Whoever reads this needs to reinstate my original acct. A bit after i complained about my acct being wiped, they deactivated it completely! Can't login to Facebook anymore won't update to new room can't play the mini game and I keep getting notifications that I'll get credit and I don't get anything. Used to be fun. The only answer I got from here is contact customer service which they don't do anything at all
