I bought an in-game item and it has not unlocked it

Just wish there was a joystick instead of using the tilt on your phone I have to go for so much better
Since this is the only paid mobile game from Atypical available for my ROG Phone 7, so yeah it works well and I like it that I bouth the All Planes DLC. I rate this one a 5 ⭐ overall. Edit: Cause all your other mobile games isn't compatible with my ROG Phone 7 with Android 13 cause it's using older version of Android or something.
Can't even open the game, developers, explain! The game launches and immediately tells me it needs access to storage permissions, HOWEVER, the game does NOT require any permissions in the settings, so I literally cannot even play it. Please fix this or I request a refund. Update: It's been two weeks, could you kindly at least communicate with your playerbase if you plan on fixing this?
You will be informed that this game requires storage permission, but you will not be able to play the game because a prompt asking for Android permission will not appear on Android 13. ----- To, developer. It's impossible to change the Storage permission in the Android setting on the latest Android 13 version. First, test your application on the latest Android version.
