Not working trying to log in but it's not loading
This App isn't working anymore. It doesn't even allow me to log into my account. I have deleted & downloaded a number of times, but it still doesn't work. What is going on? Can anyone help?
what should have taken 2 minutes max saw me wasting 30 mins trying to get my card balance and ultimately gave up. website says NO help bot says CALL or PHYSICALLY IN STORE calling says REGISTER FIRST app to register says ERROR.
SLOWEST app EVER to load. The worst I've ever experienced. Icons are not in places that are intuitive. Also just too much clutter on their app
