No refund for short expiry products. I ordered 4 x 2l milk 3 of the bottles expires in 4 days. I am not sure how we are supposed to use 6l of milk so quickly. I sent pictures of the bottles. I was then told via email that I should take the milk back to the store for a refund. A store that is 6.2km from my house, even though there are 2 stores within 2km from me. I also explained that if I was able to go to the store today, I would not have ordered through the app. FYI Checkers gives app credit
On 2 occasions my delivery was not delivered, and it has been more than 3 weeks and still waiting for my refund to be paid. I was advised it takes 3-7 days and than 10 days. The service is bad. Would not recommend
Driver delivered my food at the wrong wrong destination
This is honestly the worst shopping app I have ever used. You cannot search for items in the store, you have to scroll through the "shop for occassion" categories to find what you're looking for. This makes the whole shopping experience so much more complicated.
The App is user friendly. The service is horrible. Placed an order 3hours ago and still waiting. On hold for 10 minutes with customer support, no answer. Out of all the supermarkets online delivery this has been the worst.
Always experience problems with this app from changing card options to payment difficulties when wanting to clear basket.. also very slow..frustrating as always..
Check your spelling before putting your add out to the media. SHOULD BE: NEED and not KNEAD.
