I don't need the premium features, but the free app is perfect for my needs so I want to support the developer. On top of the ease of the app and all of the features, there are no ads, doesn't require an account or email address, doesn't harvest your data. It's not an app I use all the time but it is one of the few apps I'd be really upset about losing... I don't care for any of the alternatives for various reasons.
