Matto’s app is designed to provide users with a fast and convenient way of ordering their favorite items. Orders are received by the store and prepared so that they’re ready for pickup when the customer arrives. There are monetary rewards for users who purchase a certain amount of items.
Company never responds to problem. Keep raising prices. Cannot remove credit card info.
App used to work but now doesn't. Support is non-existent or just doesn't respond.

The redeem offer works when it wants to. The location does not automatically pop up when in store
does the job eventually but extremely confusing and counterintuitive: why is there no option for ordering and paying in store? or a trolley icon? I was ordering earlier and got a message saying that my balance was too low* but then wasn't taken back to my trolley once I'd added £ but had to order again, then remove extra items from my trolley (which I should have been able to navigate back to). and why is topping up funds necessary? users could just pay directly with a saved card or PayPal or ..
Increased price again. It's now 3 dollars minimum on selected items. Although I understand businesses policies it's no longer worth it.
