The app refuses to connect to the machine. I got all the way to "connecting your device to WiFi then I get an error 10 or and error 9. The troubleshooting says nothing about these error codes so I have no idea what's wrong. I got a notification on my phone after the app crashed that I should clear the cache because the app has a bug. So I did now when I go to scan the QR code I'm met with a black screen. If this app comments that I need to contact customer service by phone, save it. Just fix it!
being able to brew a cup remotely is kinda neat but only if you have somebody there to put in a k-cup for you. otherwise it's kinda useless.
don't like having to set up a device to my wifi, it's mandatory to access location & scan QR code
Unable to use app for anything. Unable to connect my keurig. Customer Service a joke. Unable to find English speaking people. They say they will respond within 48 hours, it's more like 48 days.
spent 90 mins trying to get this set up. my son in law ended up helping me finish the set up process.
The app runs so slow and navigating it feels like Sears website back in the day. including my K-Supreme Smart never stays connected even though I am using 2.4GHz Internet connection. it's even close to the router as well. Constantly reconnecting it via the app is annoying and definitely doesn't make it feel SMART. It feels like an old 1990's Laptop connecting to AOL networks. I'm really regretting purchasing this brewer compared to a Ninja.
