Great food but issues paying for my order in the app. Not compatible with android?
I have to install an app and give personal details just to order food from a store.. never again will I shop here. This app sucks, this flow sucks, signing privacy policies, giving date of birth and other things just for a sandwich.
Your order does go through but that's it. The user experience is so confusing it is pretty unusable and takes ages to set up. It is obvious that whoever designed this wanted to use the app to upsell their gift cards and participate in their gamification that they forget about what the basic user needs are i.e. easy ordering, clear order tracking, clear reward. The whole thing needs a redesign to focus on basic functionalities.
