Was promised a free appetizer just for signing up. Soon as I sign up, no rewards. Birthday was a few days ago and nothing for that either. No wonder they call appetizers "teasers." I always eat in, the point of the app was to use rewards for how much money we spend. Thanks anyway, I guess?

Slightly bigger discounts in the loyalty program would be nice, but always a good experience.
App restarts on phone just turning over. Go to make an order. I got two or three items in my bag and if I set my phone down and it happens to rotate into landscape mode the app goes into landscape mode and clears out the bag and restarts itself. Told the support team and they told me something to the effect of "Too bad, Just don't rotate your phone into landscape mode". THEY JUST NEED TO FORCE THE APP INTO PARTAIT AT ALL TIMES. Something the app dev team should be able to just flip on. ABYSMAL
Horrible! Had one reward disappear in a couple of weeks. Some after scanning say invalid. No wonder they have stores going out of business.
