Hestan Cue automatically controls the vital variables: time and temperature.  As you proceed through the recipe, Cue dials in the optimum cooking temperature for each step.  From porterhouse to duck breast, just tell Cue how well done you like any particular cut, and it automatically adjusts to your preference - so you can always count on that just-right sear and doneness.
