I have been trying to cancel this subscription for months. It has been taking its Fer every time possible. I can not contact customer service, I can not find a number. I've sent an email, and there has been no response. Next is contacting BBB.
Safe to say the devs have given up on this app. They respond in previous comments that they are making serious improvements to the Android app and it will be fixed soon... back in 2019. It's been 4 years and it's still garbage. Just pull it off the market, guys. Save yourself the embarrassment.

Wish it were more user friendly. There is no way to reset your password without waiting for customer service to get to it and there's no way to log out.
