Lack of 2FA based on TOTP or better yet U2F keys raises doubts about security of the app and whole platform. The web portal has 2FA based on SMS, which is obsolete and unsecure because of risk associated with sim-swap attacks. Other than that it's relatively OK with reasonable spreads.
