The app is useless, useless UI, I can't even copy my IBAN and have no idea how to use the app. I read the reviews there's so much bad things about this app, glad I didn't spend any money yet. But hopefully they will take all the opinions and make better regulations, business and app, in the future. The credit card 💳 is cool, though
One of the useless mastercard. I have ever applied. Transaction was transferred onto the card on 15 February 2024. up till now can't see any information. I will insult the customer maneger today after work.
Not even deserve 1 star. I really need to pay the 100 plus euros even if I dont want it anymore I really need to pay the card and I did it because I am afraid that my depth will get higher but as soon as I paid it I cannot even activate my card. My question is "VIABUY WHY ARE YOU GUYS MAKING IT HARD FOR US WHEN YOU CAN MAKE IT SIMPLE? WE PAY ANYWAY) can you please make it easy, or else I want my money back because this is useless.
Very disappointed. Way to high fees. Too expensive. And after a year they have monthly fees! Ridiculous.
Needs to be repaired again. My old Viabuy can't be opened anymore. Meanwhile, there is still money left in my old viabuy. So I downloaded the new viabuy again, and asked to transfer all my remaining balance from the old viabuy to the new one but it didn't work. If you use viabuy, it's better not to put a lot of money if you don't want to lose your money.
This is the worst online banking app I have seen, firstly they collected about 80 euros from me after I received the card, meanwhile crediting the account is almost impossible, finally I received money with the viabuy account, all of a sudden the account was blocked, my money was held for about 2 months plus, and finally today the Money was sent back to the sender, but my 80 euros wasn't refunded, please run away from this viabuy don't even think about it
First of all I didn't receive the card and I got notification i need to pay €90,contacting customer services is impossible there is no real person response, I want to close and delete any information they have from me is like impossible, please help
