very slow to unresponsive. had to delete and try 3 times
This is the worst app I have ever seen you tell a person to enter code, but in order to get the code you have to go out and lose all your previous info that you have put in
Very good.
Sign up was poor. No explanation as to the Willis Towers Watson security code vs "Via Benefits" . Many phone numbers . Each behaved similarly. 4 digit SSN. ZIP short wait time. Ring.. dead... 5 calls. 1 human. Very frustrating. Warning to not leave the page but requiring to get a code from e-mail. Too soon to rate the app, only comment on sign-up
Each time i need to sign in it requires me to get a text message then go back to the app & type that code in. I have an email & a password. That should be enough.
I have always had very good experiences with Via Benefits. I can figure most everything out, the app is very user friendly. The few times I've had to call, the reps were very helpful.
It's a little clunky. It works, but connecting receipts scanned or photographed at a different time to a particular expense is not as easy as it should be. Also, at least on Android, logging is doesn't seem to work right half the time. I end up having to terminate the app and reopen it to get it to bring up the fingerprint login. Otherwise, it sits with the weird blinking on-screen like it's in a loop. Programming exceptions and time-outs needs much improvement. Needs a receipt viewer also.
In this latest version of our Via Benefits mobile app we have improved overall performance and usability along with general bug fixes.
