Unusable. I have been getting "Log in is currently unavailable. Please try again later" for the past few months. What makes things worse is that the website itself is also not fully functional, as I can't transfer money between my accounts. I guess I'll have to find myself another institution that I can deal with.
Sometimes the app logs me in just fine and sometimes it says login failed. The same pwd works fine everytime on the website.
It's great but now the fingerprint login is not working anymore, which makes it a little more frustrating having to type my login info everytime I open the app.
Log in is tough sometimes and the interface is more complicated than the site. Stick to the browser version.
This app is great to check my balance and transfer money between my accounts. It works well and smooth. One thing that's annoying though is the mobile deposit camera. It doesn't let you change the focus manually, so you have to take like 20 pictures before getting a good one. It's tedious. Just add a focus bar or something.
I used it for a year or so but recently has been very glitchy. Running android pie on Pixel 1. Phone and app are updated.
Constantly signs me out and then will not let me in using my password claiming that it's incorrect even though the same password works on the mobile site. When I try and reset my password it pops up with an error message. It's really an awful app, that the bank forced me to sign up for.
This update includes modifications to address reported issues and enhance user experience.
