This bank sucks. Considering it's the largest black owned bank. I am really disappointed in the customers service and the versatility of the account capabilities. Horrible trying to send money to someone else. Trying to get money out of my account when I needed to make a large purchase was a joke. And finally I could not find an ATM to deposit funds. Went to allpoint ATM and I could not deposit. Went to another one it was out of service. CS sent me to APCU...I give up.
I am beyond disappointed! I noticed a transaction on my account that I did not authorize. Called CSR, told him, He said we will deactivated youlr card. I said do not deactivate it bc of bills and my check, and I told him this like 50,000 time, would you believe that clown still deactivated it. Then the @#$%% didn't even tell me he did it nor did he have the decency to put one in the mail for me as a courtesy. I didn't find out it was deactivated until tonight when I tried to get gas.
Very good company
Love this app and how you can connect other banking apps to it for easy communication between banking apps. But the app keeps disabling my fingerprint because it says I'm using a 3rd party keyboard. I'm using Google keyboard on a Samsung.
It will improve over time and I'm here for the growth 💪🏾
