Terrible. Terrible customer support. I have raised a ticket and it has been 10 days now, and no response. Ridiculous. The markets will move and you will be left behind, all because the people who run this broker are incompetent.
I don't think I can redeem points through the app. I don't like the 7€ withdrawal fee. You still haven't released a debit card. The trading fees could be lower. Also I think I would like more transparency about the business model and the current numbers of the company. Very good interest rates and access to greek stocks.
I initially downloaded this app months ago but decided to use another broker. They sent me a msg to update my info. I wanted to delete my account but can't because of that damned free share that I can't sell because I don't want to answer questions about my income and stuff since I DON'T WANT TO USE THIS APP. The msg says my account will be blocked if I don't update my info until tomorrow. FINE. Just stop bothering me.
I wouldn't even trust someone else's money to this platform. You cannot get verified on the website and you need to take pictures of physical documents only (including bills) through the. Customer support was basically non-existent and I received unhelpful and wrong one sentence responses. E.g. I was told to take a picture of a screen! Which of course did not work. I will bet that at the slightest hitch or irregularity, anyone who trusts their money to this platform will face serious issues.
Δύσκολος χειρισμός και τεράστιες προμήθειες. Έχοντας μια εμπειρία απο παρόμοιες πλατφόρμες τα βρηκα πολυ δύσκολα Προσπαθώντας να κλείσω μια θέση που άνοιξα με μόχλευση χωρίς όμως να το θέλω αυτή γύρναγε από αγορά σε πώληση κρατώντας προμήθειες κάθε φορά.. αποτέλεσμα,60€ χαμένα σε προμήθειες από το αρχικό ποσό των 320€ που είχα για να επενδύσω μέσα σε 15 λεπτά, και όλα αυτά επειδή η πλατφόρμα δεν κάνει εμφανές το τι αγοράζεις ή πουλάς. Κρίμα γτ ήρθα εδω απο τυφλή εμπιστοσύνη στον κύριο Μαρινάκη.
