The new app doesn't even work I log in and get a blank screen.
Why just WHY? The previous Eastern Bank app was perfect. Now you are forcing customers to use a version that is functionally and aesthetically 10x worse. Not only this but the pin code instead of credentials is an insane security concern. I also hate the soulless Corporate Memphis art unnecessarily placed above my accounts. Decisions like these are pushing me towards switching to a different bank.

LMAO. I guess I'm not the only one who dislikes/hates the new app. Like many other reviews I read, had trouble logging in (username and/or password incorrect...even though they weren't) with the initial launch of the app. The assistance I received to get the new app up and running was great (hence the two stars) but now the biometric access (which is enabled) doesn't show up on the login screen (which, I agree, is terrible). The old app felt much more professional and user-friendly.

Total GARBAGE I CAN NOT GET ONLINE CANT DOWN LOAD NEW APP. CANT GET HELP.. GUESS I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS THIS AN ON GOING PROBLEM
