The Citizens Home Loan® app allows you to easily manage your mortgage while you’re on the go as well as see recent home sales and how your home stacks up to other homes in your neighborhood. You’ll also find nearby schools, student population and the student-teacher ratio — all simply from your mobile device.
This app is available to all existing Citizens customers
NOTE:
The Citizens Home Loan app is separate from the Citizens Bank mobile banking app. This app only allows current mortgage customers to manage their Citizens home loan. You cannot manage or access other products such as auto loans, student loans, personal loans or credit cards from this app.

Haven't been able to open app in months, uninstalled and re installed and still nothing. Sure would be nice to make a payment online
The setup process was a joke..now,the app will not let me login anywhere. This includes 3 different phones and online. I called and a hour later i got a new login..and it doesn't work. Im not calling again to be transferred around and around... I'll just skip a couple payments and then maybe you'll call me..then maybe you can fix your junky app

App discontinued apparently? Getting a pop up saying need to use new Citizens app that requires you to enroll in mobile banking with them too.

I also keep getting the upgrade message. Since I use finger print log in I can by pass it and still get in. When I "upgrade" it downloaded a new app and I cannot use my correct log in info. It will not let me in. Super frustrating.
