Constant unnecessary changes to the appearance of the user interface. Lots of last minute maintenance. Many unplanned outages. And features that just don't work some days. The third party that manages this credit unions online banking is very unreliable. However, the credit union itself is great.

I don't know what happened but you guys changed how I would make payments on my credit card and not I don't know if I'm doing it the right away

It's good. It a long time to add my other accounts so I can pay my car payment and credit card. But the payments don't always go through when I set up the date. But they are great!!!

Easy and efficient

Mobile deposits is bugged. App says you need to log into the app to use the feature, even though you're logged.

Worked perfectly. Nothing ever really messed up, I knew how to do everything, nothing ever glitched, a very manageable app. Till they decided to change it a couple months ago. The very definition of fixing something that isn't broken. You guys ruined this app, congrats. I loved the way it worked before now it's just furstrating.
