The app is garbage. Slow and won't submit a payment, so you're not gonna get your double points reload. Front desk can't help. Seems a little planned if you ask me.

When the app works I will update my review. The main reason I downloaded was to be able to track my cards points / credits and to recharge my cards. The app is not functional at all.

Unusable. People have been complaining about this app for over 3 years now and nothing is fixed. The balances never update, it just lags forever. Worthless app.
