Where were all the sessions? The sign up process was a mess and support eventually started recommending using the website and avoiding the app entirely. It was so hard to use that tanked the in person INBOUND experience for me. Digital and in person sessions need to be streamlined. Multiple people were waiting for the digital versions of sessions to start after clicking the button that apparently weren't available online. All-in-all just very confusing.
Not good. Could not load first day. Had to use website but info on websiste is different. And cannot locate half of the sessions i ear marked. No info on how to get to education session etc
Messages don't work at all.
Should be zero stars. Can't login, just constantly restarts. No info at the event about where actual talks are, so no way to really plan outside the app.
Creating agenda and navigation in general is very difficult. You don't have a consolidated event option where you can just pick what you are interested in. I wish I could just use the website for this.
Terrible app, I can't even install it!
We spend thousands on your event and you have the audacity to block the app if I'm using a VPN or adblocker? Get over yourself.
