Typical Sony incompetence, they think Proton email addresses are "invalid". Pathetic. I don't bother with consoles, but it's delightful to see that they and their backend remain garbage.

My Star Collectibles went missing from Display Case. Still on the main collectible list, can see it's completed/received date and see 3D model, just can't add them back to the Display Case.
The search function doesn't work. the app cannot show me any of my account details, game libraries or previous purchases. And also I cannot browse any content for PS1, psp, PS vita or PS3 games, the app only allows me to browse PS4 and ps5 content. I just wanted to buy Gran Turismo 1 for the PlayStation 1 and I can't. What's wrong Sony? Don't you want my money? Why won't you let me give you my money Sony?
