On Android this app lacks full functionality/access post-purchase. I couldn't view my performance or create custom exams for the National Q-bank, a known issue the company hasn't resolved. Customer success manager, led by Blake, stopped emailing me after I informed him the trouble shooting steps didn't work. I've recently passed my National + PA RE exam, but no thanks to this app overall. If you're studying, I'd recommend Colibri Real Estate Exam Prep or free resource Real Estate Wizard online.
The "practice" questions are completely unrealistic. Whoever created this app is on a high horse to show how smart they are not to prepare you for the exam. Their response shows how much better they think they are than you. The creators of this app think they are better than you. Don't let these pathetic people with no lives try to make you feel bad. It is their intent. They don't want you to learn they want to show you how smart they are.

Signed up to take the prelicense class in the state of FL and we're using the dearborn book. Thought this would help but its hard to understand why we wouldnt be given this in addition to purchasing the book. It should def be included in a bundle without milking us for additional $70
