App won't load on my Samsung Galaxy s20 FE
The app doesn't work on Amazon products..Kindle..etc. It stalls on other electronics platforms...phones, tablets. The company doesn't respond to emails for assistance. I asked for a refund for the initial payment due to an defective app..instead they still continue to charge me. Will be filling a fruad claim with my bank.
Biggest scam on the internet! Takes advantage of the families of special needs children. The app doesn't even work (I doubt there even is one), then they laugh at you when you try to cancel and refuse to cancel it.
