Doesn't work anymore. Since I got the last update the app won't even open just constantly keeps close its self out. They are also charging me for an app I can't use.
For the last week the app will not load and it just keeps stopping. I love being able to use this on my phone but not sure how to remedy this
even though I reinstalled the app, it won't start and just crashes.
Won't open
This app makes it impossible to cancel and delete your membership. I have followed all directions, I have contacted their Help multiple times, I even spoke with a 3rd party biller who said they were cancelling the account, but the "confirmation" email I received does not say it was cancelled - it's hard to tell what it actually means at all. And still the app says I cannot complete the removal/deletion of my account because I haven't cancelled/closed it yet.
