IT'S A SCAM! I signed up for a premium membership because it promised unlimited access. Once I signed in I saw that every class I was interested in I had to pay an extra fee for, and it was a dollar it two, it was $50-80 per class. It is a complete bait and switch. I was able to shut off automatic renewal but now I'm seeing that loads of people did that and were still charged so now I guess I have to wait a year to see if I'm lied to again and get $100 stolen from me.
A trial offer ONLINE turned into an automatic renewal at $113.00! To add insult to injury, my paid membership ONLINE didn't translate to the app when I downloaded it and logged in with my credentials. I have sent an email to support. Really not liking this experience one bit!
Doesn't open at all, just freezes and says "an unexpected error has occured"
They permote wood working but only have a select amount that you have to pay for. Really only for stitch work & quilting. Watch them closely they also take their fees from you prior to your account termination time.
My app no longer works on my phone
Took my money (100+$) when I was not subscribed. And don't plan on speaking with a live human or getting any help. This company is not a trustworthy site/app. Keep your money and keep scrolling.
This is a paid service and there are not many options. For example the Kids section has Doodle Wars, that's it. Not worth it.
