Can't download any of my purchased books to the app. And I can no longer highlight text in the mobile version of the eReader in a browser on my tablet or phone. The app and the company are a complete technological failure. Don't waste your money.

App won't load any books I purchased after login. Do not bother with this.
Can't even access the books I purchased from the app. Shows when I go to the website, but whats the point in the app if I can't even access them IN the app. Also can't use the help link in the app because it says its not available the second I get to the site.
Books you purchased won't appear in library if on tablet or phone
The app doesn't recognize my profile having any eBooks. I can read them just fine on the website, but they really need to recreate this app.
