Why would I commit myself to a year's worth of subscription without being able to try first crazy....
Horrible- don't subscribe. There isn't many options of matches and if you don't like the app and you subscribe, they won't let you cancel. You are then stuck paying for a service that doesn't work. They are a bunch of thieves.
um basic looking guys but they're nice so far except one guy who cussed me out for not responding fast enough 🤣 dating is hard
I emailed them to cancel my subscription as I was within the cooling off period and wanted to cancel for personal reasons. I then get a response saying we have now cancelled and put back on basic, but also took a further 54 gbp without authority, for less than 2 weeks service. Complained and not heard anything back yet. Quick enough to take without authority, but dont like to respond quick when you demand it back. Stay clear
great, I HAVE to keep the whole year. I cannot cancel at all. this is disappointing.
This was reported to be one of the best dating apps out there. It is not. They are scamming you to pay for a premium subscription. Once you have paid, unless you are in the upper echelon of the members (you get the most likes) your card is not shown to people you "match" with. Matches seem to be randomly generated, and any messages sent may not actually be sent. Matches are also manipulated to appear good, but are not. Just to string you along until renewal.
