With the MyGabb app, you can quickly call, message and locate all of your Gabb Wireless phones. Once set up, you'll be able to check the location of each phone with a simple tap. You can name each phone, manage your account, and access helpful support resources.
This app, and the products it supports, are absolute garbage. Constantly glitching and requiring multiple factory resets (which means the kids lose their progress on the various watch based apps). Support is hard to get a hold of, slow, and generally unhelpful. No idea if their competition is any better, but stay far away from Gabb. They're worthless.
This entire Gabb experience has been terrible and I will be letting people know. Our first watch 2 lasted just over the 1 year warranty period before the contacts refused to charge despite cleaning. We were forced to buy a new watch 3 on Amazon. It began having problems within 6 months. When attempting to get help from Gabb, they informed me that buying the new device added 2 years to my contract. Now I'm stuck with another year and a half of a product that doesn't work.
I like the communication options with the app and the watch. But, the location is not accurate and my child is rarely even a mile from home. It's quite disappointing.
Don't get these phones, they stop working and then they just get disctonued with no opportunity for trade in or upgrade discount unless you sign a contract.
Great phone network for young teens.
Have had nothing but issues since purchasing our teens' Gabb+ phone. Had to reset multiple times, have had to call support multiple times, and the GPS continues to fail in locating the phone. Disappointing is an understatement given that this is one of the major features that are supposed to keep our children safe. Had no issues with our younger child's watch and expected the same with the phone. It's not worth the price!
Not a terrific plan if you have more than one kid. We signed up for two watches and two phones. The watches have to share contacts/ info and one phone is rarely recognized or functioning. Both issues have been an unsolvable problem since the start of our contract in 2022. Disappointing.
