Haven't been able to open in a week
This app is fantastic, I look forward to use this app whenever I come to work! The printer connects whenever I need to, and the app seems to never freeze. The developers of this must've been top 1% of their graduating class , which makes me wonder why they didn't go working for Apple or Google....also, the 1 star reviews by Tim Hortons must be bots
Slow, no PC option, and horrible UI
Needs to have a +/- next to each item like it does on the windows app. Fix that and I'll re-rate it.
This app, which we are forced to use, is horribly slow, and not by any means feasible to use as intended to track food production throughout the day. I've resorted to marking everything down on paper and then transferring it later, which defeats the purpose. I've tried using this awfully coded app on Android and iphone products, but it makes no difference. The desktop version doesn't even allow you to log in, rendering it completely useless. Someone needs to overhaul this completely!!!!
This app is unreliable. It keeps shutting down, doesn't matter what device I use. I only wish it was compatible with a desktop so it's easier to access.
