A feature of BAS Operator is it remembers the connection information for your connected devices. This is very helpful! However, when Updating to a new version, do not Un-install (or delete) the old version. Doing so will erase the device connection data.
Recent update to V 2.16.2069 still does not allows me to login via Trane Connect. It matters not if I am on 5G, 4G or wifi. I have forced stop and cleared cache and data multiple times. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Still no go. I have used the zendesk link, for tech support, and tech support still has not been able to resolve the problem. And it is not a Trane Comnect problem, as that works just fine from my laptop.
Buggy. I have to continuously Uninstall and reinstall to get my buildings to populate.
Its a rare occurrence that i can get the app to actually sign in and work. Myself and my co-workers always face this problem.
I have to uninstall and install every time I open the app in order for it work. It's such an inconvenience. Very unhappy. This system is way too expensive for these issues.
Works great for 1 day. After that day, it appears to be logged in but when I select a system, it takes me to a login screen for that particular system but does not give text boxes to input login credentials for remote access.
App does not respond after around six hours. I have been using the app since January of 24 and had to uninstall and reinstall the app 40 times so far. Please make the app more reliable.
I have to Uninstall it every time to us it.
Fix Azure Login issue.
