This app is simple to navigate on my phone. I can be in any room at any time and document my findings. The narratives are precise and yet changeable if needed. I can take pictures and videos during my inspections. I have saved narratives to plug in when needed. The tech support has been the absolute best in the past 7 years! The biggest comment my clients say, as well as the Agents that I work with, is they love my easy to read reports. I highly recommend Spectacular Inspection System.

Aaron is always upgrading and responds quickly when I have questions. I havecbeen using this software for about for years now. Great product.
Works ok. Pretty verbose defaults and its not easy to edit. I use this app because of the pricing but now the camera function doesnt work with my new phone making it worthless. The photos come out with about 100 pixels. Not 100x100, about 10x10. i found a work around where I can upload photos taken with my normal camera app. The dev says it's because Im running 8.1.... well, why tf doesn't your app work with 8.1 when you can still buy phones running 8.1??? What examples do you want? A blur?
I have had problems with the app not generating a PDF file of the report. When requesting assistance from Spectacular, Aaron Johnson replies as follows "reboot". This is not a person expects from a Company. This shows poor service levels.
The problems I had were corrected by Aaron Johnson the following day. Thank you Aaron
Big Shout out on this app, been inspecting for a few years now, gone through a few "inspection softwares" - this is by far the best app/price output period. Thanks to all those at Spactacular for the outstanding program
