Was hesitant at first. However, this has made hiring so much easier.
it's essentially an automatic interview scheduler. there's no information on any applicants other than their name and contact info. There's no way to know if the applicant is even remotely qualified or if the automatically set interview is worth conducting. the lack of time and information required to apply and set these interviews has led to a constant string of no-shows, which has cost more than any perceived benefit to utilizing this app. to date, not one scheduled interview has shown up.

ZERO RATE I COULDN'T EVEN USE THE SEASONED INDUSTRY APP AT ALL AS IT SAYS NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS COUNTRY... I APPLIED FOR JOBS SO HOW COULD I EVEN SEE OR REPLY OR CANCEL THE INTERVIEW WHEN I COULDN'T DOWNLOAD IT AT ALL.... FAKE
- A more consistent and intuitive experience when updating interviews.
- Introduced the option of adding an internal note for candidates who were not extended a job offer.
- Added the ability to tag an interview as ‘Still deciding’, indicating that a decision on the candidate is still in progress.
