Barely loads
It should allow a "direct to immediate supervisor" tab in order to effectively communicate about issues going on in the workplace.
Worked fine for just under two months, and then it completely stopped working. Nothing I'm doing is helping in terms of getting it up and running. I thought it was an issue with my phone, but it's become apparent that the issue is on the app's side. Has been frustrating to deal with and has even cost me extra hours opportunities.
Can't access tickets.. Ordered tickets and ticket order is processes but says file is corrupt and can't download file.
We are having the same issues. We can no longer pull up our tickets. We have actually had some go to waste. At venue, can't get tickets, family waiting in blazing sun, had to use personal ticket options...yet our ordered but inaccesable tickets were still deducted from our account. It's been like this for months, is there going to be a fix to this issue? (now that summer is over and cant go in the evenings due to winter hours)
