if this wasn't a requirement for work I would never have such an app. poor design poor function those who designed this should be fired. drivers are required to use this. if our delivery was as poor in quality as this app we would be terminated. This app is very reliable if your goal is to waste time and get nothing done. Instead of using this app, save time and frustration and just call Drivers Services. It's quicker to listen to that horrid hold screeching ("music") than to use this app. Make note of your times and completely skip this piece of tihs app. With apps like this one, Google should have negative star ratings.
