Please note: A data connection is required in order to use this app. This app requires a Bluetooth connection to the Verizon Connect Reveal hardware installed in each vehicle. It sends HOS data from your mobile device back to the Reveal system when connected to Wi-Fi, a personal hotspot or over a cellular data connection.
The absolute worst ELD I have ever used. Trying to use split sleeper is almost impossible. Would love to talk to someone at Verizon who understands logs and HOS and also speaks English. I called in regarding this issue but it was pointless. It also brings up violations that never happened if you ever edit your log. I can't believe this is even accepted by the FMCSA. Do yourself a favor and get any other ELD available.

Those is the absolute worst ELD. It is constantly disconnecting, doesn't count miles driven while it is disconnected. Then you try to get help and Verizon asks for your account number...not helpful when you call the DRIVER helpline and you are on a fleet. I am just the idiot driver!! I don't have access to that information!! Thanks for making me feel more like an idiot!!!
I've had nothing but trouble since I've installed the eld. It almost always disconnects from the truck. I can never accept or reject my unidentified miles which makes it impossible to certify my logs. When I call for help I get little to none to fix my issue. I wish I could just turn in this equipment and terminate my existing contract that I didn't know I was on. I will not renew.

Terrible. Won't stay connected. Using this app is a DOT violation waiting to happen.
