Sometimes there are issues with app updates on google play, so to be on safe side before you upgrade, follow these steps: Back up the current data from old app, uninstall the older app version, install the newer version from google play and restore the data saved from the older version.

Overall app is not that bad, i like there are advertisements banners above which doesn't spoil experience. Rent reminder tab could have been better. You have to go inside alerts and then click late tenants and then on tenant name. You could add Rent dues on homescreen tab itself.

Nice app for rent management. Plz improve attach document features suppose we attach any rent payer Police varification or other I'd quality so poor and not visible after attached.
I downloaded the app, and tried to get it set up. It requires a credit card for the "free" service, I stupidly put in my card info in and a charge was attempted, but under the name of a dating app.
Works perfectly, would have further loved if we could have better reporting and online version for the same.
