If I could give no starts, I would, can't even log in. I try multiple phones or tables and is always loading. The old version was way better. Horrible worst app I ever downloaded
This app sucks. Way worse than the old version. Rarely, Rarely, Rarely works. I've tried updating and uninstall- reinstall still no improvement. Hangs on the home page for eons. Search is just a tease. I put in my part number and see it in the results, click on it, and back to the home page for eternity. Have to old school, have to call the branch and take up their time too. This is not a tool, just a source of irritation. Save yourself the stress and look up your parts on Amazon.
Can't open just spinny wheel forever
Continuously loads...barely works. It's always a hit and a miss, mostly a miss. 😕
Ever since the new update I can't search anything anymore. I like the old version. Please fix so I can use it.
The app worked fine a month or so ago. Now it just sits with a blank page and an error. This was the same problem with the old app. "Try our new app" they said..."it's problem free". Do we need to suffer with this until the next version comes out? Can't you take the money you're gouging from us with price increases and hire a competent team to make your app a more enjoyable experience?
Terrible, constantly has issues logging in, now for the last month 90% of my search results give me a "web page not available" error.
