app always asks you to log in. Why don't you fix this? I don't want to have to type in my password every time I open the app, I could use my fingerprint access.

App functions great until it doesn't. It's frustrating when it doesn't complete a document download.

The app is pretty straightforward and self explanatory. It makes the process of preparing for your taxes quite easy and efficient.

Easy quick, for now,at the start of the process 👌

Not user friendly, faster to just delivery documents 10 miles away.

Unclear if it uploaded my document. App needs work.
