Your job involves booking new clients, scheduling appointments, tracking invoices, coordinating payments/non-payments, and maintaining travel/mileage logs. Come tax season, you have to organize piles of receipts and paperwork for your accountant. The time spent on these tasks could be time spent generating new revenue.
You say we can upload receipts to our expenses. But the web app has no way of doing this that I can see, and the mobile app only allows you to snap a picture of receipts to an image file. A lot of my receipts are pdfs. On the other software I'm testing, I can just quickly upload the pdfs from anywhere. I sent an email to these guys about this issue, but in 24 hours -- no response. I'm really disappointed, because I like the interface of Notary Assist much better.
