If a room has a malfunctioning fan, squeaky doors, or loose chair legs, the property manager will promptly fix them for the residents. If the issue cannot be resolved, the property manager will contact specialized maintenance technicians for assistance within 24 hours. Furthermore, if noise from a neighboring room bothers you, simply send a private message to the property manager to address the situation.
