doesn't have easy access to the app. hard to login. yet when logged into the app it's easy to use.

Frustrating to the max and very difficult to navigate. If you can even get a log in established, it is unbelievable. This app is absolutely terrible.
The app sucks if they are going to create something like this for work they should look into it more. The date of birth should actually work. very irritated wasting a lot of time trying to do this when I'm supposed to be out
No good, the old app showed the whole history. this no good update only shows very very little but won't show any documents at all. I had a new document posted to my claim but it's not in this stupid update and none of the other documents appear either and no payment information is available. I would go back to the old app that actually worked if I could figure out how
