You need to install an autosave feature for stock counts. It is also too easy to accidentally leave a count while doing one. Cold hands and touchscreens dont mix well. Add another 'are you sure you wish to leave this count' check before you're able too. Everyone I know who uses this app across our venues have all at some point lost counts/ parts of counts
I couldn't find how to cancel my subscription on their website, so I sent an email to the helpdesk. Helpdesk asked for a reason and I provided a reason. Helpdesk forwarded to other person and asked again why I wanted to cancel subscription and told me to schedule a call with him to cancel. I should not have to schedule a call to cancel. An email should be sufficient.
I been trying to place orders on this app for the past week and it doesn't even Pull up my providers. Sometimes this app doesn't even open
Terrible app with low functionality, stock take half bugged and always new bugs popping up.. For example now I can't open the order history.. Pretty poorly made
taking very long for it to load the invoices into the app.
When counting inventory there is a pop up message saying that there is a UMO. Please fix this
