It's mandatory to pay a subscription. Don't bother with it.
Added card details for a trial period - it's required. Subscription does not appear in any app (web or mobile), and today got charged 15$, As the app is i cannot see any active subscription or cancel it, Wrote support requesting a refund,
You can get in but you can't get out! No support or account dashboard to cancel paid membership. Plenty of missing pages. Content us shallow, only the usual vague profiles with vague promises of equity. Most concrete propositions are likely scrapped from generally available job offers.
Charged me multiple times even after canceling and their customer service sucks.
Paid the fee; but it refuses to download. Extremely disappointed and feel scammed by reading the reviews.
They ask a subscription to give access to a list of businesses that have positions open that are seldom aligned to my expertise, and then I have to still follow a link to apply (painfully) elsewhere. Also wasn't looking for full-time employment, but rather remote and freelance opportunities which is not what I was offered. Cancelling the subscription is also unnecessarily difficult.
I tried it one month and after i wanted to stop, but there was no place inside the app from where i could cancel. I got carried away with work and i realized i was charged. Same day i sent email asking to stop and refund as i do not wish to continue, the jobs are mainly for US residents, and i am not able to apply. They then tried to trick me into applying for a refund and sign a contract that states refund is not possible. They're only trying to get your money, that's it.
